New axe

It's funny how your priorities change.

I'm rubbish on the guitar but enjoy playing along to the bands I like. I used to read guitar magazines for ages choosing which guitar to buy (like the Argos Catalogue Game you played as a child where you'd pick which watch or stereo you'd have if you actually had any money). Aged 25 though and I don't care anymore - I've simply treated myself to this guitar because it's cheap, shiny, sparkly and looks nice in my lounge. How camp is that?

That guitar doesn't really seem to fit in with your top 20 albums.

It is a Vintage 'Zip' VZ99BG in Bangle Gold. Pure metal.

Very nice. Just bought myself a Yamaha Pacifica 112. Feeling the wraith of the missus now though, it cost a little over £200

My first guitar was a Pacifica, and it was ace! Beats the pants of most guitars around the same price. I think mine was a 120SD if I remember rightly...

That's the most homosexual guitar I've ever seen ;)

"That's the most homosexual guitar I've ever seen ;)"

Only people that are afraid of their own sexuality worry about the camp things in my life.

I'm confortable with my feminine side and am therefore happy to have a sparkly guitar, own a TLC album and enjoy bubble-baths with a glass of wine.

...and the more I think about it, the more your use of the word "axe" disgusts me when you apply it this particularly un-metal guitar...
